Process Method - Wet Process (Washed), Cultivar - Bourbon Types, Farm Gate.
*We used the delightful vacuum infusion technique for this process! First, we partially immerse green coffee beans in natural raspberry juice. Then, these happy beans take a trip to a vacuum chamber, where all the air is whisked away, creating a fun, air-free zone. After a while, we let air back in under high pressure, and voilà — tiny droplets of raspberry juice dive straight into the heart of each green bean! A light, medium roast follows, and we’re left with NATURAL coffee that’s free of sugar and chemicals, but bursting with a bright, fruity raspberry flavor. Enjoy!
