Hello and welcome to my world—the world of the most creative and extraordinary Crazy Granny.

For many years, I’ve been deeply passionate about coffee, and now, I, your Crazy Granny, am eager to share my experience and knowledge of this marvelous beverage with you. But I’m not just talking about ordinary coffee; I’m here to introduce you to coffee brewed with my own unique recipes, tailored to suit different moods, occasions, and even events.

I set out to create coffee with unusual flavors, breaking the stereotype that coffee is just a morning pick-me-up loaded with caffeine. I firmly believe that coffee is a unique product with an extensive palette of flavors, and when combined with extraordinary ingredients, it transforms into a vibrant and exceptional drink. So, Crazy Granny invites all coffee lovers to explore a new and exciting world of unusual flavor combinations, diverse aromas, and lingering aftertastes. I’ll introduce you to the finest organic coffees from the most renowned farms on the planet. I personally hand pick the best and freshest coffee varieties.

Not many people know that green coffee beans are porous, much like a sponge. In ancient times, this meant that coffee often had the taste and smell of the salty sea. Back then, coffee was transported to Europe and America by ship, and the holds of those old vessels were always damp and filled with the scent of the sea. In other words, green coffee easily absorbed various smells and aromas. Today, many experimental craft roasters take advantage of this green beans property.

So, what does your Crazy Granny do? I take oak barrels that have been once used to age wine, whiskey, or bourbon and fill them with green coffee beans. Over time, the beans absorb the aroma of the oak and the essential oils left behind by the alcohol. It’s important to note that during this fermentation process, there is ABSOLUTELY no alcohol left in the coffee beans. The beans only absorb the aroma and flavor of the residual essential oils from the whiskey, wine, or bourbon. Then, I carefully roast our aromatic beans to a medium level. This gentle roast preserves the beans’ natural aromas while revealing a pleasant, subtle hint of alcohol and oak barrel. It’s an incredible experience, and I can’t wait for you to try it.

But that’s not all—I also use modern methods of coffee fermentation, like vacuum infusion. In this process, green coffee beans are partially immersed in natural fruit juice or even extracts, like hot pepper. This mixture is placed in a special chamber where all the air is vacuumed out, creating a true vacuum (just like in space!). After some time, air is reintroduced under high pressure, causing tiny droplets of juice or extract to penetrate deep into the heart of the green beans. After a light, medium roast, we get NATURAL coffee with no sugar or artificial additives, but with flavors like raspberry, chocolate, or even something spicy! In both of these techniques, it’s crucial for Crazy Granny to preserve the natural taste and aroma of the coffee. My signature methods only add a subtle touch of the unexpected and new to your usual coffee. But in every experiment, coffee remains the star of the show.

Of course, I also adore specialty coffee. With years of roasting and brewing experience, I select the finest green coffee offerings on the market. Then, I develop a custom roasting program for each variety. It’s important to note—Crazy Granny never turns our coffee into charcoal. I only roast to a medium level. This light roast preserves the natural flavor and aroma of true, high-quality coffee.

Try my incredible coffee and don’t be afraid to experiment. Your Crazy Granny has plenty more surprises in store for you, with new aromas and unusual brewing methods still to come.
